Excellent location on the main square close to train and bus station as well as port and restaurants. Good value off season and not overpopulated. You can easily explore the entire Amalfi coast and Capri from here. Staff were friendly and accommodating with a basic breakfast service.

I liked the location...their breakfast is excellent...the n ight manager is great and the rooms clean...love the location....

Angela the day clerk is very rude and does not like americans ...is not helpful when asked questions abt cabs and tours in the city has been like this for the las 5 years I have been staying there...they need to talk to her...she is awful. And I can get more people to tell you the same. I go throught your website and we always stay there since 2000...great price. Please have someone speak to her...or we will look furthere...enough is enough...she never smiles and always is bothered when you ask her any one thing...why have you not done this before as I asked you to.....we are paying her salary...again...angela need to be talked to. They need brochures in this hotel for touring...

I chose it randomly for location to railway station and was very happy when I knoew its actual location within the town of Sorrento. I found the single room adequate, but the people in the neighouring house were quite noisy until late. Not much you can do about that. I enjoyed the selections available for breakfast. I can't remember if it had air-conditioning or not as I opened the window for fresh air because I could.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the town, close to the port and a level walk to the old centre for shopping/restaurants. It is also a level walk to the train to Pompei/Nalpes apart from one short climb up a hill. (All other hotels would have the same walk.) Our room had a small balcony that had an ocean view. The staff were helpfull and the internet connection was ok. The bed was also comfortable. The parking was at a parking station about 100 metres away. We had no trouble finding a spot.

The shower was small. The location can be noisy but this is part of being in the centre of town. With the balcony doors closed there was no issue

Breakfast and breakfast room were not the best organised. A little management was needed!

Location is great! Just a few bldgs away from the piazza and from great restaurants and shops.

The hotel is outdated, but very clean.

The hotel location was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy.

The room was satisfactory for 3 of us; however the noises outside the room were loud - especially early in the morning beginning at 4 A.M.

The hotel is in the centre of the centre of download. It is indeed the best location.

The hotel has a perfect location in Sorrento. It is right next to the main squared and lots of great restaurants. It's not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable.

The only complaint I have is that the shower stall is very, very small.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was priced right for what it had to offer. Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel to budget conscious travelers who want to be in the heart of things where the action is and have no need to spend much time time in their room.

The room was very dark and so small we could hardly find space to open a suitcase. The buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially the coffee machine. Hotel Villa Di Sorrento could spend some money on updating/renovating in my opinion.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of the main piazza. Easy walk to all attractions and transport. We overlooked the piazza and could see the bay but noise wasn't a problem. It was quaint, the bed was clean and comfortable. It had quiet and efficient air conditioning.

The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful. It had the basics but no extras- no tea/coffee facilities or fridge. A small portable TV. However if like us you only wanted a clean place to sleep it was fine.

I liked the location, which was very central in Sorrento, also with a taxi rank directly outside the hotel.

The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel.

The hotel was in a magnificent location being very close to the main square.
